Returns & Exchange Policy

At Cotton Store, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items.
Eligible Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Underwear or any similar products are not returnable or exchangeable in order to preserve public health and hygiene.
Sale items are typically not eligible for returns, but we may offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@cottonstore-eg.com or +201016509577 to request a return authorization mentioning the order number and the reasons for the return or exchange.
Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Item Collection: We will arrange a courier pick-up for your return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned item's condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

المنتجات المخفضة: عادةً ما تكون المنتجات المخفضة غير قابلة للاسترجاع، ولكن يمكننا تقديم استبدال بمقاس أو لون مختلف إذا كان متوفرًا.

تجهيز المنتج: يجب اعادة المنتج في حالة الاصلية

جمع المنتج: سنقوم بترتيب خدمة استلام المنتج من خلال شركة شحن. تكاليف الشحن للاسترجاع او الاستبدال تكون على العميل ما لم يكن المنتج به عيب أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ.

الاسترداد المالي

بمجرد استلامنا المنتج والتحقق من حالته، سنقوم بمعالجة طلب الاسترداد خلال 5 أيام عمل.

يتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد عبر طريقة الدفع الأصلية.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
